eFax Login Step by Step Instructions:

  1. Visit the eFax website at http://www.efax.com/
  2. Go across the top of of the page, scroll to the far right side. Click on the "My Account" tab.
  3. Enter your eFax Number and Password into the login box on the left side of the screen. Click the red "log in" box.

 

If this does not log you into your eFax account then move on to the next section. It will teach you how to reset a forgotten login or password. But before you do, try logging in one more time and make sure that your caps lock button is not on. Type the information carefully and slowly. If that doesn't work, move on to the reset section.

 

 

eFax Login and Password Reset Instructions:

 

  1. If you have forgotten your login information, click on the "Forgot Login" tab.
  2. Enter your email address into the box provided and click on the red "submit" button. Check your email and try logging in again.
  3. If you've forgotten your password, click on the "Forgot Password"
  4. Enter your email address into the box provided and click on the red "submit" button. Check your email and try logging in again.
